Jacques Briel | Managing Director
My name is Jacques Briel and I am 56 years old. I started the Expert Group in 2013. Both my sons joined me later on and my wife joined as in 2023. We are now a full on family business and proud to associate the Briel family name with the values of AluCape Expert.
Within the group we have a few brands consisting of AluCape Expert, Expert Home Improvements, Expert Glass & Hardware, Expert Floors & AluGlide Systems. AluCape Expert Pty Ltd manufactures and supplies all types of Aluminium Windows & Doors, Shutters and Security Gates. Our latest products are the Frameless Doors, Stackers and Balustrades.
Together as a family we built the AluCape Expert group to be the No1 Aluminium Company in SA. All manufacturing and distribution is done centrally at our factory in the Strand / Somerset West area. I am always looking for ideas and new product to strengthen and expand our product offering and market position. At AluCape we are all from different cultures and backgrounds but together we embrace a culture of excellence ans integrity.

Morne is 28 years old and have been part of AluCape for more than 5 years. He is technically the best in the Aluminium Business. Morné ensures that we provide the best in quality to our clients.

Francois (FAF) Briel - Head Estimator & Logistics
Faf is 23 years old and has been part of AluCape for almost 4 years. He is our Head Estimator and also responsible for logistics. He oversees all quotes and ensures all product get dispatched on time.

Jessica Broodryk - Accountant
Jessica is 39 ears old and have been in accounting for the biggest part of her life. Jessica is responsible for our accounting system, invoicing and also does the ordering with our suppliers. She is also responsible for stock control.

Franci Briel | CEO Expert Glass & Hardware Pty Ltd
After 33 years of service in the SAPS Franci has resigned as a high-ranking officer and joined the Expert Group in 2023. We formed Expert Glass and Hardware Pty Ltd as a separate entity and Franci is the Head of the Glass division. We sell all types of glass to the Aluminium trade and to the public.
We specialise in supplying glass “cut to size”. We stock PVB Laminated Safety Glass, Float Glass and all types of performance glass. My family has built AluCape Expert to a leading business in the Aluminium Industry. It is my wish and vision to copy their recipe and build Expert Glass to the same heights.
